A tribute to St Patrick’s Day! Short post today folks, expecting a guest in town and I have lots of tasks to complete before the weekend!
Wanted to show you a little lightbulb from recently. I have been working with Janine of Green Wave, (mentioned here) and a recent project was for a vectorized one-color version of their color logo which they have had for sometime now. So I did these three little sketches just to show her what it can look like in one color and instantly fell in love with the imperfect sketchiness of it! These were done in color pencil, and I like it so much I might experiment a little bit more with this concept for the future. So, handmade-look logos and artwork can now include color-pencil sketchiness! Perfect for if you hand-make children’s items or baby-wear! Or even just to show the wabi-sabiness of a brand.
